Found product I needed on site decent price but still waiting for it to arrive. Ordered on 12/2/2020 still waiting for the ostomy supplies I purchased

I can’t rate something I have not got…
I can’t rate something I have not got yet. I had a shipping number but can’t not locate and your site was no help. Thank you for the reply. I will change my rating once I have the package. Hope I get it soon

According to tracking, it is scheduled to be delivered however it is arriving later than expected. The USPS has been dealing with shipping delays because of Covid. I apologize for your inconvenience. Ordering was easy
Ordering was easy. There was a backlog of an item and I received a phone call and just ended up exchanging. Was told the order was going out the next day. A couple days later I received the order. Items were exactly what I needed. Overall excellent experience. Great items and great prices. Thank you.
