NEEDED SOME PART OF MY ORDER AND INSTEAD OF SHIPPING WHAT THEY HAD IN STOCK, THEY DECIDED TO WAIT AND DELIVER ALL AND SENT A EMAIL ON NOT SHIPPING ALL TOGETHER AND WANTED ME TO CONTACT THEM IF NEEDED ITEMS THAT WERE AVAILABLE IF I NEEDED THEM SOONER. NOTE: ITS A MEDICAL ORDER, SO ANYTIME A ORDER IS PLACED THE ITEMS ARE NEEDED, WHEN PLACED. I SHOULDN'T HAVE TO CONTACT THEM TO LET THEM KNOW TO SHIP WHAT IS AVAILABLE. THE ITEM THAT WAS IN STOCK WAS NEEDED BADLY AND THEY CHOSE TO WAIT AND SEND IN BULK. EMAIL WAS NOT READILY AVAILABLE TO ANSWER TO GO AHEAD AND SHIP WHAT WAS IN STOCK. I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THAT AND HAVE HAD TO WAIT AN EXTRA 10 DAYS TO RECEIVE ORDER. TIMING IS EVERYTHING IN THE MEDICAL BUSINESS, PLEASE REVIEW YOUR SHIPPING ARRANGEMENTS.
