Price was good and package arrived as expected.

So far only once was I disappointed when you were out of green and white leg strap. I ordered a substitute which wasn't long enough and was probably suitable for small person. It actually was more expensive! I didn't return it based on the fact that I didn't actually know the measurement/length that I needed and this wasn't the company 's fault. However, I did order the green/white from another seller.

my order is backordered with no updates on its delivery. I think this is poor performance.

First time customer, found the company website to be clear on descriptions and images and easy to navigate. Had to call representative to expedite my order due to our travel plans. She was professional quick and accommodating and we received our order with the new delivery dates on time. All products came as ordered and packaged in perfect condition. We will reorder from Express Medical Supply again and I would recommend this company. Side note to EMS the representative you have as a employee she is also a five star rating, she was wonderful to work with on the phone. I wish I had remembered her name.
