I’m pleased with the service as I order things for my mother who does not have internet and has difficulty with mobility. It arrives at her door and you are generally very prompt in delivery.

I placed an order on Dec. 9and still have not received it yet even though it was sent by priority mail. This is medical supplies, not Christmas presents!!!

Since they changed there shipping rules…
Since they changed there shipping rules my supplies are delayed. Very unhappy with there decision. If one product is delayed they will not ship out the rest of the order until the one delayed is received. Which now causes me and my patient in a extreme position in being without what they need.
