Extremely fast and accurate

I've always had good service until now. Placed an order on a Friday and would normally get it by Wednesday for sure. I didn't receive it until the following Friday. Called them and they were holding the order until they received an item. I think they should've called to inform me whether I wanted to wait. I was leaving town and needed these supplies that I ordered. Hope this doesn't happen again.
