Been buying from Express Medical for several years, no issues; last order though resulted in several items being a Rd on backorder. Received no notification from them and only found out when I opened box with partial order. I made inquiry and was told that it was the product supplier who was at fault. I responded that my order was with Express Medical, not supplier and was then told backorder was sent via ground and should arrive in a week's time. Bottom line: Express Medical cares about your money, but in their pocket. Many other suppliers available and will go with one of them.
