I purchased a pair of wheelchair gloves, but the glove for the right hand was defective - the thumb was sewn too small, and there was a pooch in the hand section closest to the thumb. I phoned Express Med to correct and the person I spoke to (Megan??) who was professional enough, but told me she had to talk with her supervisor to resolve. She came back to the phone and told me the supervisor said she did not believe a pair of gloves could be defective and my only recourse was to order another pair. I explained to the young lady that this was not acceptable and that if I were to order again, I'd order from Amazon where I can return defective items. Again, she was professional, and kindly provided me the information to the manufacturer so that I could resolve my issue another way - and it worked, my replacement pair is in route. My issue however was with her boss who over a $13 pair of defective gloves chose to call a brand new customer a liar. I was very disappointed with that and likely will never buy from them again.

Didn’t deliver as promised. When you order something on the website it should immediately tell if items is out of stock, or when it will be back in stock , thus giving the buyer options to go elsewhere before paying for the item with no definitive date of delivery, especially since you’re also paying for delivery of a critical items of your health and well-being. The product is superior but they just didn’t deliver as promised.

Terrible customer service Order was lost and not received

I bought catheters from a place that was recommended by the urology clinic that I was going to, when I got the bill I was shocked at how much they charged for them. I looked on line and found Express Medical Supply and they had the exact same catheters for 1/3 rd the price. Ordering is easy and product arrives very quickly. My last order arrived 3 days erlier than the tracking said it would arrive. Very happy with these guys.
