Great service and good value

I ordered ostomy supplies about 10 days ago. I needed the supplies quickly. I am now told that the some of the supplies are on back order. I was not told that the items weren't in stock when I purchased them or given an option to back out of the order. I now have to purchase the ostomy pouches from another company as I am almost out. Thanks for nothing and for causing me major problems here at Christmas. I will not purchase from Express Medical again. Vicki Childers

order some supplies of 4 boxes calleda week later and it still hasn't shipped. 3 boxes on hand , one on back order was to be in that day and ship that day. called the next day all was on hand and hasn't shipped yet. don't under stand all the delays. if I didn't need the supplies soon I wouldn't have ordered them. Anyway I will not be using this company any more. After the hold up they wouldn't ship them or offer to ship them a faster way. Anyway we are done
