The item was exactly as advertised. It arrived very quickly in excellent packaging and works perfectly. It is great to have the portability and simplicity of a bulb nebulizer. I only need it for occasional use and it really fits the bill for me.

Customer service is excellent even though I always order on line. I would rate 5 stars but they never have the qty I need in stock. Like yesterday I received 15 boxes of the 60 I ordered. It would be nice to get them all at once so we can close out our purchase orders. I do appreciate them sending what they have to get us by but if we are ordering on a continuous basis they might want to up their inventory on this certain item .
