I had many problems with other waist band when i found this one which fit great i can use it day and night. I will recomend it to anyone its a great waist band flexible and washiable.

Horrific. They don't keep track of their inventory, send emails notifying you that they don't have what you ordered until a day after they send you a receipt. Have been waiting for 6 days just to log in today and see that they haven't even shipped it. They sell medical supplies, not shoes, and even then, shoe online stores won't let you order anything that they don't have in stock. It's beyond me how one that sells medical supplies can't implement the same system. Called them, and was faced with a very unreasonable customer service who really had no willingness to help. Really hope they can work on it, there's plenty of room to improve.
