Good service

Got exactly what I ordered. Very satisfied, quick delivery.

Catheters are my primary purchase. Prices are among the lowest of any supplier. Backorders for items out-of-stock can be problematic if the order is urgent, but the staff is responsive and accommodating. As of yet, I've no reason to shop elsewhere.

Every order is shipped right away and received within days. They carry many options and price ranges for the products ordered.

As usual, excellent service and prompt delivery. I've received a number of shipments from Express Medical Supply and each has been flawless. Nearly every shipment has arrived quickly, often more quickly than expected. Great customer service!

I don't have much experience dealing with medical supply on line so not much to compare to but asked questions on one of my orders and got my questions answered and order what I needed. The first time I ordered something from Express Medical it was strictly because of price being more competitive than other listed companys and received the product in reasonable time. The second order didn't shop around just ordered the product after speaking to manufacture and you were on a list of suppliers. Will have to order something else and will get it through you again and hopefully two of the items my medical supplies my needs will be available. I order Ostomy supplies and relating supplies. I'm covered for everthing that I need but the company so order from is limited I think for stuff I'd like and have to settle for something less.
