They have many products, but Every time I enter what I am looking for, (leg separator bar for cathing), they bring up every product I don't need, and the products have nothing to do with what I am looking for. Out of 61 products suggested, 59 of them are for Catheter strap on bags for people with a foley (which I don't have, hence the need for a leg seperator so I can caTh) and 2 that are barely related to what I searched for, but none of what I actually requested to search for. If you don't have the product, just say that. Don't send 61 options of things that I absolutely don't need. Just say that you don't have it so I can find someone who does. Thank you for all that you do carry.

I would have given a better star rating. But out of all times I have ordered this time was horrible. My delivery date was changed 3 times after a week of waiting. I have ordered the same products before on a Thursday or Friday and received them by Saturday or Monday around noon. No USPS was used. It has been ups delivery before this time. Need to stick to ups and not USPS. Due to the mixed up delivery dates my catheter was delayed by a week. Which was not good. Please keep your customers in mind when their paying for ups shipping and they get USPS shipping instead. This is unfair to the customer. Thanks

Great product and great service

I love that medical supplies for male urinary catheters are available for me. Since having only a PO Box shipping address that eliminates faster delivery when I am out of supplies, this has been a problems. I receive status and alerts from the USPS mobile app when delivery has been made, so I see no reason why I have to be locked into Ground Shipping?

I have been getting adhesive from Express Medical Supply for years. Recently the product changed on my last two shipments. Generally I think the product has improved with a finer viscosity and a stronger adhesion factor. However in my last shipment of the four containers, one did not work. It was like the canister was empty. When shook there was no sense of fluid moving. When the nozzle was depressed, nothing came out. So in essence I paid for four canisters and only got three workable. My recent shipment seemed as though there is fluid in all four canisters. Traci.
