When it comes to Catheters this company fully understands the absolute importance this has on a disabled persons life and does not risk our health since I’ve been ordering. I’d say they’re the “Chic Fil A” of their industry because the service is always a pleasure. Only place to buy my medical products.

I placed an order on 8/28/2019 (a full week ago), but my order has not even been shipped. I paid for the order when I placed it, and my account shows that payment as having been authorized. After placing my order, I received an email informing me that part of my order is out of stock. Had there been any indication on the website or while placing the order that an item was out of stock, I would not have ordered it. My order has not even been shipped, but I'm now expected to rate the service provided. Are you kidding?

Package arrived in excellent time really surprised it got here thatvquickly. . Only problem noted was that cap on one of the bottles of hand and body lotion was not secure and it leaked a decent amount into the separate bag it was packaged in other than that no problem will order again as needed.
