I was able to find the exact catheters that the doctor ordered for my husband. Medicare only covers one per month, but due to bladder stones & frequent blockages, I need to keep extras on hand. The closest medical supply store is 25 miles away. This is so much more convenient, delivered right to my door!

The walker we ordered came with a broken C clamp. It was ridiculous how many calls and emails it took to resolve a small defective piece. It should have taken one phone call with an apology for the inconvenience and a prompt replacement part. We were so happy to find the same walker my husband has used since 2014 that fit his 6’3” height and our car trunk without weighing a lot so we ordered it after having trouble finding it on line. We spent $134. After ordering it we did find it for $107 at two other sites. Will not use Express Medical Supply again did to poor service when receiving one with a defected part that was not promptly replaced and then to find their prices significantly higher

The Express Medical Supply staff that I have dealt with have been knowledgeable, efficient, and courteous throughout my limited contacts.
