The product is good , but customer service is LACKING ! Part of the product we received was not right . I asked to have the right item shipped and a box/envelope to send back the wrong envelope . Maybe it is a mix up in the name ?. The survey is saying Ralph Martin ,but the shipping label says Marilyn Martin . We got a survey to do ,but no reply to our inquiry ! Not right . I need this order made right !

I have been using these alcohol preps for years, so of course I am happy with them, but I don't see why they were sent by express mail at great expense when I didn't ask for them on an emergency basis.

i bought X-O CONCENTRATE and agreed to sub. smaller bottles to equal 32oz. since they are still back ordered. instead they agreed but sent me 3-16oz. of READY TO USE!!! I cannot use it watered down! The first 41 reviews are BAD and if i knew I would not have bought from this company. Very unhappy with this SWITCHAROO that took place!

Received my product in an efficient manner. The product itself??? I have difficulty separating the individual vials for use-otherwise the product is as it states. Price and shipping costs were okay. I would use them again unless I find a cheaper price.
