Within a few days of receiving this expensive piece of equipment, it snowed. I looked, frantically, on the website for care instructions. I did not know whether it was safe to put down salt. I could not find any information and I know this is not returnable. I couldn't find any information on replacing the non-skid covering either in case I ruined it.

My experience is for the service. Thus far, I have not tried your products the 5 stars are for customer service and the prompt shipping. I am very pleased, I am sure I will be pleased with the products as well. Thank you so much. God Bless.

Express Medical delivered within days of ordering. Order was complete and no damage to packing, which is important when dealing with a sterile product.

Received items quickly and discretely. Have not had much luck with using items but will discuss with urologist. Shipping fee is fairly prohibitive for testing items.
