Mixed feelings. They ship quickly, but, they drag their feet on crediting returns, which usually include a hefty 15 percent restocking fee. Regular, loyal customers don't get a break on that and I believe they should. More product details on the website would be helpful, too.

After many calls and transfers, finally able to connect to Amgen to register for copay program. Once we were connected found out since we had secondary insurance with Medicare we dont qualify. Every person I spoke with was kind and helpful. It may have save a lot of calls and questions if SavonSP would asl at the front if there Medicare. Good trying tho.
