I so wanted to buy 2 more bed pads I tried in several sites but could not locate your brand so I decided to try your site. I lucked out and immediately purchased 2 to have as a reserve for "JUST IN CASE ISSUES". I was so pleased to see that the price was alot better on your site and also thrilled that your product is made in the USA.

I Usually don’t have an issue but maybe because of everything that’s going on around the world with the coronavirus the customer service here the last few days really is sucky. I needed help Ordering , I was having a hard time placing my order.so I called and the customer service woman was not helpful at all . She sounded busy . Didn’t listen .rush me off . Told me to call back . Again I had never had an issue before, but like I said if it’s because what’s going on . She should get re train on how to handle calls.
