I've purchased medical supplies from a number of online sites, and when everything works (items in stock, etc.) it can be hard to distinguish one from another. Express Medical however set themselves apart when a high-ticket item was unexpectedly out of stock; I got a phone call the next day, and they worked with me to find a replacement (which turned out to be less expensive and a better match for my needs.) Good customer service can turn a disaster into a showcase for the company, and that is exactly what happened here. Kudos to ExpressMed's support people- they made my day.
