I searched all over for the product and these guys had it. They have been very helpful to me during the process and after. It was a very sensitive situation for me yet they were respectful.

I have been a return client for over 4 years. I am concerned that the current ileostomy pouch I order (Hollister #8954) seems to be consistently on back order. I am hoping the remaining three boxes of pouches I ordered last week will be delivered in the next couple days. Unfortunately this is not a product I can be without and I have been experiencing high levels of leaks recently. I really need the additional 3 boxes of pouches to be delivered as soon as possible. I understand you all were supposed to receive them yesterday. I am on disability and the $612 order that was placed last week is approximately 1/2 my monthly income. I do not have resources to order more from another place. You all have normally been great, but I’m highly stressed about receiving my 3 additional boxes on time.
