So far experiencing terrible customer service, after waiting almost 3 weeks for delivery my RC aircraft has been broken in transit. The responses to my emails have been very slow and being offered partial refund for a product that is broken. Be warned to anyone as these items are shipped from China and are not suitably packaged to withstand long distance shipping clearly. Exhobby customer services please can you refund me or replace the item... Very disappointing experience

Both of the cars and boats I got worked great. Once. The next day we went to use them and not one engine would work. I tried changing and charging the batteries but still nothing would work. Customer service was worthless and would not help. I do not recommend buying from them

I wish replacement parts from a Florida based company, didn't have to be shipped from china.
