Order has still not arrived…

Product was damaged ,beyond use in transit , as it was a gift for someone ,I am worried that any replacement may not arrive in time for Christmas, as the damaged product took almost 1 month to arrive

You're asking for a review and I haven't received my stuff yet. I think it would be better if your website clearly stated no stock is kept in the UK.

Customer service appears to be non-existent. I ordered an F4U warbird, got no order status for WEEKS! When I asked for status, my order was CANCELLED!! I waited 2 more weeks, and ordered AGAIN. Same F4U warbird. Now it’s been over 2 weeks and I can’t get order status, AGAIN!!! This is ABYSMAL!!!

The part that was sent to me is not what I ordered. I have been to get this resolved but nothing is getting done. I sent a email and rve a response but that's as far as it goes. Also the part that was sent was broken.

I ordered a Volantex Ranger PNP 1600 from Great Hobbies and had a few issues and concerns with the plane. I created a ticket (#8027 & #8106) with EXHOBBY and the only thing I received was an email with invitation to EXHOBBY's self help portal. In the portal I see nothing and is completely empty. Its been at least a month and I have not received and support or answers. I found the manual with the plane was lacking a lot of detail or errors. There were no specs listed for including the BEC output from the ESC. The clevis keepers broke when I installed them. The control horns had push on locks while the manual describes screw on type. The manual does not mention how to mount the prop to the motor shaft or how to tighten it. The control surface hinges were very stiff to move. One wing arrived with some small dents in it. I found there is no info in the manual on wiring and the wires, though labelled, do not match the setup for the most standard Mode 2 setup so I have to figure out what each wire was for. I also contacted the seller and they somewhat answered some questions but said they passed my concerns to EXHOBBY. Its been a month since I received my aircraft and have yet to fly it as I haven't received any answers or replacement clevis keepers and won't fly until the aircraft is secure to fly. After all the good I read online about the Volantex Ranger 1600, I am left completely disappointed and unimpressed with the aircraft, the seller and manufacture.
