EXHOBBYReviews of exhobby.com

B51 remote control plane was a favorite of our grandson. The details of the plane and good description of how to operate it made me feel this was a good place to buy.

Got my RC from them which came damage. Sent a email explaining what had happened and they got on it right away and sent out a replacement car. Great customer service.

I JUST got into RC, and was very skeptical of going online to find hard to find replacement parts/ Batteries. Evelyn at EXhobby gave me all the assurance I could go online to a trustworthy site. She went above and beyond with my questions on my Smaller order. I then Purchased a Light RC plane from their site, received it Quickly! Next orders will get increasingly Larger. They are on my Bookmarks list of Go to Online Shopping.

Had a problem with product received and it was taken care of fast and professionally. Thank you very much.

Good communication and fast shipping

Everything was as advertised

Order that I made this morning is being shipped this evening. I can't speak for how this purchace ends up, but with my prior experience with EXHobbies, I don't expect to be disappointed. I have ordered from them in the past, custom orders for parts not normally listed on their website but their customer service came through quickly and with excellent feedback. EXHobby is definately worthy of 5 stars for their customer support with their Volantex models from my experience, Kyosho doesn't even offer this quality of support in the Mini-Z line of models.

We have 3 of their RC boats and love them. They make good products. The most recent had a bad charger and the customer service sent a new replacement out which arrived very fast. I will continue to buy products from this company.
