EXHOBBYReviews of exhobby.com

was extremely ok

Not the best experience - out of stock in UK, shipping from China went missing - but customer service sorted issues promptly and effectively. A 2-week estimate at the start was 3 weeks in reality - not so bad at all. Item very well packed in sturdy outer box so arrived in perfect condition.

Hi, I haven't received my order yet. And I haven't heard when it will be delivered to me. I have tried to email the seller, no joy there. (Edit) Perhaps I was impatient to write the earlier review. Customer Service did respond, and my order arrived a couple of days later. The Shark is brilliant and tested in my bath, works well. Now I'm a happy chap with a new toy to play with at our local pool.

Great service. Thanks Evelyn for your support. We had a problem with the truck. We troubleshooted the problem with Evelyn, it is now fixed. Thanks again

Great product for price.

It is ok now. After ordering it took a long time to be delivered. High quality. Not a good kid toy but for an old man it's great.

Got the beginner planes for my 11yr old grands for Christmas, they had a blast flying them in a big field, the planes will fly far and fast for us beginners,we had so much fun I bought one for myself

Slight mix up early on with shipping address but their follow up service and delivery were great !
