Several mishaps in shipping items. Evelyn in customer service tried to remedy with missing parts. After receiving partial replacement, she offered a 50% discount to get another plane with the missing pieces included. Bam. Thank you so much. It might take a little time but if you have a problem, these guys will get it done. And the planes are good value

I purchased 3 R/C sailboats and discovered that one of the servos on one of the boats had failed after the warranty period. I contacted EXHOBBY with the details and they worked with me to ship me a replacement servo at no charge. This was excellent after the sale customer service.

Evelyn from customer service did everything she could to get me a replacement car and stayed in contact with me until I was satisfied. Highly recommend this company for all your RC needs.
