Great product and great customer service! My grandson was over the top about his RC truck.

Outstanding customer service I had a problem with two Rc trucks that broke after using them once.Evelyn from Exhobby replaced the parts that broke. I would recommend them to anyone.

Outstanding customer service! Excellent communication, quick resolution and follow up to ensure my satisfaction. This is the way customer service is supposed to be. I highly recommend Evelyn and the team at E X Hobby. (Items were missing from my order and the team promptly resolved the issue in the smoothest experience possible) I will continue to bring my business to EX Hobby.

I ordered a new receiver for my RC plane. First time looking for advice. My problem quickly resolved and shipped. I was well updated with shipping and delivery straight to my door. The receiver worked a treat!

Needed some spare parts for my RC planes. I made a previous order, but got the wrong parts. Evelyn ji was quick to get the right parts and resolve my issue.
