they did great for the most part, the only thing I think needs help is the replies when contacting CS, took forever to get a reply about shipping status

I ordered just some props. 20 to 30 days for shipment to arrive from China. Arrived in 10 days. Great!!

Received the package and when I opened it everything was in good condition but the battery charger I ordered was missing. Waited additional time and didn't receive the charger. Now having to follow up and hopefully will receive the charger.

I received the model rc plane that I ordered fairly quick and it arrived in good condition. The only issue I had was the inability to buy the spare parts I needed when I crashed.

I just want to say thanks for a quick response and getting my order out in a timely manner but my down side of this when opening my package I noticed the tail end of my plane the rudder and elevator are twisted and dont balance out with the wings on a level parallel in which would make flying it nearly impossible to control . So I'm out 219 dollars with an unflyable plane . Also it was advertised as 109 dollars but in the check out the price jumped to 219 dollars . So alittle confused and not happy about it's condition.

Sent wrong item and box damaged but soon got resolved and refunded

I ordered a ASCENT 1400MM 4 Channel RC Airplane + batteries, spare propellers, etc. The airplane's fuselage had many scratches and some damage + left wing as well. I did not receive all the spare propellers I ordered. After some back and forth on e-mails, the customer service (Evelyn) and I reached a good solution (they sent me the defective parts and missing parts) and all ended well. So I definitely recommend EXHOBBY as they honor what they sell.
