Your warehouse is in california and I live in Arizona-it should take 2-3 days yet when I check your tracking number---no info on where it is.

There isn't any way to confirm even a potential delivery date for items unless downloading SHOP and granting permission for it to access my email. This is not cool. No one should ask to access my email accounts. That's wrong and unsafe.

UPDATE 2: Disappointing...I just received my replacement and unfortunately it was packaged the same way as the original and was crushed even worse than the original - it was almost completely flat this time. I still give EXHobby some credit for trying again, but shipping these fragile products in this manner just doesn't work considering how careless the shipping companies are. I can only give a 2 star at this point and don't even want another attempt. It's probably much more reliable to buy stuff like this without the overseas shipping, which is what I plan to do for now on. Do note that I previously ordered 2 receivers and a set of propellers and those arrived in tact, but they are also much less fragile than the foam fuselage and wings. UPDATE: EXHobby had reached out to me and are replacing the damaged parts. They actually had sent them earlier, possibly before my review, though I just received the tracking number. Hopefully they found a solution to reduce the chance of fragile parts being damaged in shipping and my replacement parts arrive in good shape. I'm upping my rating to 5 stars since this is great support on EXHobby's part and the carelessness lies mostly with the shipping companies. All EXHobby probably can do is try better packaging and/or better shipping companies, but if the replacements parts arrive damaged I'll revise again to an average score and leave it at that. ORIGINAL: I've ordered a few items and up until now, everything has been fine. Then I ordered a foam fuselage and wing set for the V761 mini mustang and received a crushed box where the parts inside had been badly deformed, twisted, and looked like they were cooked (were in a high heat environment for a while). I sent an email and photos to EXHobby a week ago to asked if they would help, but have received no replies. Based on that, i recommend that you NOT order parts that are not already warehoused in your country since they may get destroyed from the poor packaging and extensive shipping require, and you won't get any assistance from EXHobby if that happens!

quick delivery, great communication with exhobby, great appearance, well package arrived in perfect condition. Unfortunately the receiver brick was loaded with glitches. Contact with EXHOBBY I received a response within 24 hrs. Attempt to reset Transmitter/Receiver did not correct problem. Loved the design of the model. Will install new receiver and servo's which I have on hand and looking forward to a great little flyer. Note: After completing this review, I immediately received a reply that they were sorry for my bad luck, although it would have been nice if it had worked right out of the box, I was happy to make it flyable, and appreciated knowing they stand by their products.

Not very many items for sales and no replacement parts.

Long wait because of the COVID-19 that couldn’t be helped but the item did not look entirely like the item ordered it was missing the one thing that had me ordering it in the first place
