Before I ordered the sailboat ballast, I asked how much it weighs. I was told “2 kg”. I need about 4 lb so I ordered it. It felt light when I got it. It weighs 12 ounces. Useless to me I contacted the t Company to ask where to return it and the company has completely ignored me.

You sent me different receivers than I ordered and they didn’t work in my application. Money wasted

Hi sir, our customer service has checked with you regarding the model of your transmitter but since it's purchased from other brand, it can't be paired with our receiver. We have contacted you to ask if you need to re-purchase a remote that matches our receiver, but so far have not recieved your reply.
