To don't lie about your shipping policies said it would be coming from USA but clearly coming from China

My orfer # 4465 arrived on Saturday 11/12/22 in tack with USPS Tracking # 9400136106051990118143 with only 2 of the four Volantex rc Servo's in the package! Will I receive the other 2 servo"s shortly? Tyler Spohn 1517 15th Street Folsom, NJ 08037 1-609-513-0895

This company is a scam I placed an order for a plane 20 days ago and not only have not heard one single word from them but they don't answer any chat email or have a phone number ...the only number they have is some guy who sells parts and has no idea what people order from X out hobby.. crap ass site!!! Thanks for taking the money out of the bank and giving me nothing in return A-holes!!!

My husband's model plane didn't come with cables for the battery. I told customer service and instead of getting replacements I had to order more which I did so he could fly it. Then they took 2 weeks to arrive. The final kicker- I paid for 2 but received only 1! I didn't want to mess with them again so I let it go. So disappointing!!!!

The boat battery does not charge after only 2 uses.

I purchased a "ready to fly" trainer their VOLANTEXRC Ranger 400 RC and it was defective. After several emails and sending a video the problem persisted (not controllable & unresponsive and I almost lost the airplane) I have asked to return it and they stonewalled me. I finally went to PayPal and requested a refund. Bad experience

Horrible experience. Their website really brags about timely deliveries and excellent customer service, but that was the opposite of what I got. My package was sat on for weeks never leaving the warehouse. I was polite and patient when enquiring about the my order 3 different times many days apart that I placed as a birthday gift well ahead of time it was needed, It was brushed off. Finally when It was time critical stating if it didn’t show up or had any information about the delivery EXHobby could keep it and I’d ask for a refund, it was then found and sent. On the surface they were polite, but that was the extent that I sensed. Customer service very lacking, the only reason I got my order after it showed weeks without movement with their postal tracking, is because I asked for a refund. I was optimistic about the company, not now. Maybe my experience was the exception, but they didn’t even try to make it right. Unfortunately, one local Hawaiian slang word comes to mind: Pake. I’ll share this with google reviews so it other potential customers will know what they are potentially getting themselves in too.

Worst experience with a company ever. got a boat broke and missing parts cc is awful stay away
