Wonderful product. Love the delta 8 gummies but lately delivery is taking up to 2 weeks or longer. Even with subscriptions. Usually recieved my orders within 5 days or so but the last couple of months they have taken much longer. Not sure what the problem is.

Great products! You will not be disappointed. Only negative I have is the shipping timeframe. Don’t expect these in a hurry. I had forgotten about them it took so long

Have not received my order. Have been charged twice for a subscription order that I have not received. No response from auto we service on status of refund.

Contacted support over an issue with an HHC vape product having a particularly gross taste and I wouldn't recommend anyone try to puff of it. It wasn't something I had never ordered before, but they changed the packaging, the tip for the cart, and apparently the recipe as well. At first they were kind and took my concerns into consideration, and they promised to send a replacement product that would be "personally tested". It arrived in the same condition as the prior and with that very awful taste once again. Sent further pictures for proof of bad packaging, and sent a video of myself testing the old version of the product and then the new version, which wasn't the best idea. After sending these things to support (after direct request to follow-up if there were any issues), I received no further communication from support. This issue is standing since December. No other issues with them or their products so far, but definitely an experience that's hard to forget.

Never received my order. I’ll give it more time and then I’ll go through the legal process.

well service was good but since the end of February things have been bad. I ordered a cart and when I received it it was cracked and leaked out. I was reimbursed for the cart. but the carts I've ordered since then have been in limbo I've had two orders. one because the 1st cart broke but its taken too long to ship I was given and coupon so I ordered another cart and both orders where put into one and expedited but I have received my carts yet and that was shipped 21st of March. I've called DHL and they told me to call exhale and I haven't received a response yet. please can I get my orders

Previous delays in shipping was not a problem for this order. Ordered Sleepy gummies March 19 and arrived March 27. Only 4 stars because the product doesn't make me sleepy. Delta 9 in it was a poor choice. Too euphoric to get a good sleep. Indica strain of some-sort would have been better choice.

Was supposed to be delivered in 5-7 business days and ended up taking nearly 2 weeks!!
