As a return customer I really like your product. The cart is great. It's the best packaging I've ever had. It works great! However, your shipping methods are seriously lacking. It took me over 10 days for both pkg to arrive. I feel like DHL took days to hand off to USPS to finally mail. Wouldn't it be better to just usps? I receive stuff from California that comes USPS in around 5 to 7 days. 10 days is ridiculous. USPS can be faster than this serious awful turn around to receive a product.

I have looked online for the best D8 website to buy flower and Exhale was repeated in alot of them and from looking at thier website it was the most organized and appealing to use for me , the packaging is well made and the attention to detail shows , the main thing that I liked is thier quality of D8 flower witch is what we are really here for , I purchased twice now and thier flower did not disappoint , the smoke is smooth , the hit is even smoother , I even tried the vape just to see the quality coz iv tried good companies vape before and most of them are not well made , but here you will find a good vape product as well , the prices is the most competitive in the market , the bulk options is what is going to make Exhale dominate the market and I hope they keep it always an option , thier customer service is great as well and very professional. If you are new to the cannabis/hemp world or if you're a pro do your self a favor and try Exhale , good products from a good company , you will not be disappointed. Wonderful job Exhale 👍

I ordered a hhc cart sour candy an the cart stopped working after a few days very upsetting considering i spent 50 on cart an shipping

The tracking information was never updated in my order so I chatted in and asked a few questions and the first person that assisted me ignored what I said and just gave generic answers that I already knew. I asked to be transferred and the second agent was more helpful. I asked if my order was late would I be able to recieve a partial refund or coupon for my next order. She gave the coupon that's already available on the website which is ridiculous. She gave the tracking info but could have tried harder with a disappointed customer and the first guy had no flipping clue what he was doing.

Will be ordering more relatively quick delivery given the shipping delays across the country right now. very high quality product, quite delicious. best sleep aid I've found so far. If you guys made a night time version with melatonin that would be incredible

I've been using delta 8 vape cart for months as I have monthly auto delivery and love the product. It really helps with pain. I am 68 years old and have many pain issues.Thanks for helping me deal with it and improving my quality of life.The only down side is their customer service . I had a cart that didn't work. Called customer service twice and was offered a replacement both times.Its been 2 months
