I was impressed with the product but disappointed with the shipping .I paid extra for shipping my neighbor did not. He got his package first. My advice don't pay extra for shipping.

I’ve ordered a bottle of gummy‘s and a Vape cartridge October 19 and here it is December 11 and I still have not received my order I’ve called exhale well several times already our last conversation I told him my email from DHL which is their carrier which sucks said that they were returning to sender I asked for credit on my credit card that I did not want the product no more and this was my very first order that’s why one star get rid of DHL

Professional, responsive folks, great product. The only area of improvement I’d ask them to consider is shipping method / shipping time. It appears they relinquish control of this process to third party carriers linked to USPS. With UPS & FEDX available, given shipping charges may apply in some cases, utilizing a direct-to-client shipper would provide quicker, more convenient delivery. Providing shipping options is recommended. Unless Exhale makes this change a priority, be patient and expect lengthy delivery time.
