I have to say that the products of EW are realy high quality, however I just want to mention that I worte in a previous review where I mentioned that shipping was slow, well it is the holday season and sometimes it ok to experience some delay… I want to give 5* to the customer services who contacted me amd handled my concern professionally and explaining to me what had happend. It normally takes a few days for Exhale Wellness to put the order together and ship. My subscription was charged because I forgot to cancel it. Yes, that's on me. However, I did put in a refund request 2 hours after it was charged and they told me they would do their best to stop the shipment. Apparently, what they did was expedite it so they wouldn't be able to refund my money without me returning the products and probably hoping I wouldn't return it. I've never had a company that wouldn't refund an order that was made by mistake AND well before the product ships. I will not be back to make any purchases from Exhale Wellness. Great products, but they don't care about their customers.

Great product, great service

I ordered two bottles as a first timer and signed up for the subscription. One of the bottles had no seal whatsoever. When I called in, the customer service rep was extremely helpful and shipped me out a new bottle right away. I have recommended your company to friends and they all enjoy your products as well
