We ordered the Delta 8 Vape cartridge, and encountered an issue with USPS at first, then a replacement was sent out. Sadly the replacement cart failed, so we reached out to customer service again. After troubleshooting a bit, customer service went above and beyond by personally calling me to make it right! Great customer service and we are looking forward to being able to try this product. I'll edit once we receive it to review the product itself.

I placed an order for a kit with a subscription for carts which I then cancelled. Somehow they ended up sending me 2 months of the subscription. Now I have to print some label they sent me and return it. In December, like I have time for that. its YOUR fault. Just give me my money back, I said to cancel the order and you STILL sent me subscriptions. Why am I having to go out of my way because YOU messed up?
