Hello! I loved the website and all reviews of your products and companies. I ordered a Jack Herer disposable and it was absolutely great and arrived in reasonable time. The ease of ordering and all was great as well. However, I placed an order for the cigarettes, but they were just not what I had expected. Not that they were misrepresented or anything, but they were just not any good to me. I was thinking about sending them all back after just lighting the first one, but i saw how complicated the return policy is with trying to get it in the right timeframe to arrive at tour facility from where I am located. I am mostly satisfied with my experience still though. It is not normally the guarantee that if you just do not like the product you buy, that you can get your money back, especially in this industry. It's not that I didn't like any products or the brand anymore, i just simply have 3 children now, of which the oldest just turned 3, so I can not financially afford to order any at the moment or I definitely would have! So overall, I believe you all are a great company and have a bigger future ahead of you than you think! Thank you all for the services and products you provide!
