This was my second time ordering from this company, and for the second time the product was delivered to the wrong address. It took 16 days to make it to the wrong address. That delivery time in general is far to long even if you were able to make it to the right address. I would not recommend your company to anyone, and I will not be buying from you again.

1. Shipping time is horrible. I deal with multiple companies, and this one is in last place. 2. Someone needs to answer the phone! I can call any other company and not have to leave a message and then wait a day for a call back. 3.Your chat is hit or miss. None of this is acceptable to me. You have a good product, but I choose great customer service and fast shipping over that.

I continued to have shipping issues, vapes not working, repeatedly, then all of a sudden they stopped carrying THC-O gummies, vapes, etc. Very disappointed. I am now shopping locally without all the hassle. Goodbye PURKANA. I hate to see you go

So far, I have ordered twice from this company and the product has arrived in a timely fashion. I like that the product works and shipping is free. I had a medical cannabis card but I fail to comprehend as to why I am to physically go to 'some kind of so-called doctor's office', so to pay someone to collect $150 twice per year just to renew a script, so that I can pay the state $75 each year, so to use the script legally. I read about edibles that do not need a prescription and decided to give them a try. The Delta 9 gummies are the same price and work just as well as the gummies purchased at the dispensary. I will continue purchasing from Exhale, where I can receive a fresh and good product delivered via post mail, without the hassle of going to an office where a person collects a woeful amount of money to renew scripts and without the expense to the state for a card.
