I left a 3 star review mainly base on my shipping experience on 2 different orders... Exhale Wellness's customer service agent reached out we discussed the issues I experienced they then offered to rectify either through a refund or replacement of the product. I took the latter I received the nearly 7-9 day faster than my first 2 orders. I just cannot get over the impeccable customer service of this company I leave lots of reviews and I try to be thoughtful and I have never had a company reach out to me like this. Cicudos to Exhale wellness thank you so much for allowing me to feel heard.

Great product. I use it to improve sleep quality and it is very effective for that. I have not used except in the evening. I do wish that it contained less sugar. I realize that without the sugar the product may not taste as pleasant but for those of us trying to maintain a healthy glucose level (without medication) sometimes it can elevate your blood glucose level but for my usage and experience it is an awesome product for promoting and ensuring a great night sleep. At 70 years of age that works for me.
