Shipping was terrible, it took two weeks to receive our order (it was around the holidays). Customer service was responsive to my complaint and offered a resolution. The product itself worked great for my wife's anxiety and tasted good too!

My order was originally placed and expected to be delivered on time but it was lost by the delivery service. The representative I spoke with seemed annoyed at the situation but assured me that a new order had been placed and it would be expedited due to the situation. The replacement was shipped through a different company and the experience was excruciating!! I had to contact the shipping company when the replacement cart was over 7 days late with no reason other than "the driver had delivered it to the wrong house and would re-deliver it to me tomorrow" I continued to wait and call the shipping company for another 14 days. When I finally received the replacement cartridge 21 days after the new order was processed and shipped (not the original order placed) the plastic packaging inside the shipping envelope containing the cartridge (plastic tube) was crushed therefore damaging the cartridge inside. My husband and I both had now been waiting to enjoy this cart for over a month and now its broken!!!!!!! Needless to say the anger and frustration had now leveled up from ridiculous to absolutely ridiculous! I called once again and this time the rep I spoke with was more than kind and understood my disappointment and frustration with the situation and after sending in some pics of the broken cart I am now awaiting the arrival of yet another replacement. Wish me luck!!!!

Product received! I have yet to use it, but despite a bit of long shipping time, I see no issues.

I received my packages, but they do not work! I bought 2 disposable vape pens wanting to try the brand out, and to my dismay, both pens were dysfunctional! I tried to charge them thinking it would help, but nothing. No pull, no nothing. I was sold a piece of junk, and really hope this company corrects the error. Feeling cheated & taken advantage of with this brand.
