Shipping process it taking way to long. So I don’t even know what the true product will be like..

Created an order for delivery on 03/03/23 and was told online that it would be 7-10 business days. Order was not shipped. Requested an update and was told that bad weather and holidays slowed shipping. Received a FedEx tracking number on 3/14, however it was only a created label, nothing received by FedEx. Repeatedly asked for updates because my account said shipped, but FedEx hadn't gotten my order to ship. I checked the weather for the shipped from location, no major weather issues recorded. My order didn't ship until 04/04/23 and is supposed to arrive Monday the 10th. I will NEVER order anything from this company again.

I love the products and think they are among the best. However, it was 6 weeks from the time I placed the order to when I took delivery. It takes Delta Extrax 5 days max. They claim it was due to supply chain issues, but I happen to work in the manufacturing/supply chain industry. This is not normal. Internal processes need to be reviewed and corrected.

I’m very happy with Exhale. The product and delivery time are as promised.

Item never arrived, took forever to ship. Really don’t plan on using this again

I liked the 1 product I have tried so far and the experience has encouraged me to try another of your products. I was a little disappointed at how long my first order was in the 'Processing' state before it actually shipped.
