It was easy to order, anxious to get them

I really would like to give a better review but I won't be able to based on my experience. I tried to order, the 1st and 2nd of January. When i entered NEW20 coupon code to get the %20 discount, it kept saying it expired. I tried a different browser, and different computer, different email, kept saying that code expired. Monday, I was able to order successfully. I received one email with a subject line: "Your Exhale Wellness order has been received!" but that's it. It's been 6 days, no news. Typically, most companies send an email to notify the buyer that items are shipped and maybe a number to tract the order. Nothing from exhale. Checked my Junk folder. I know my card has been charged, so it's not like payment didn't go through.

Shipping speed is horrible. Would not purchase again because of this alone

paid $25 extra to have "safe" shipping via FedEx but chose to have it sent to a P.O. Box which, I discovered too late, FedEx does not do. Mea culpa, ok, but, still, I think Exhale should have seen that coming and given me a heads up I eventually got the package but had to go thru hell prior to that
