I ordered 2 new vapes & couldn't get either one to work. I charged one of them until the light went out, & still nothing. I've tried several times & I can't get them to work at all. However cust. support was extremely helpful & explained the solution to my problem ( completely my fault) & now everything works great. Thanks for great cust. support !

first best customer service and great product

So before I talk about the product, I want to talk about the amazing customer service. I lost all emails and I contacted customer support for an email and an update on tracking. Within an hr I received a response and she was so delightful. Now on to the bomb product it’s amazing and I have thoroughly enjoyed all strains that I’ve gotten my favorite by far is gorilla glue. I’m able to relax and enjoy without all the icky side effects. 10/10 I recommend

absolutely no effect at al useless product I took the whole bottle didn't feel a thing. Does this entitle me to a full refund

The product itself is great. Smooth hits, great taste, and helps a lot with anxiety and pain management. The stresses of legalities are zero as the product is 100% legal, so that helps out a lot. The reason things are not perfect five star status is only because of shipping took a little long, but that's not the companies fault, but I also have the monthly subscription and unfortunately you are not able to change out flavors to try another one in your subscription. So if you subscribe to pineapple express you have to stay with that flavor unless you sign up for another subscription. The pen is super cute and the product is cheaper than health insurance.

Honestly really good quality and strength! Arrived earlier than expected!
