My product was possibly defective, I had a very hard time trying to use it and when I expressed this to the company, I was given very little response to go off of as far as my issue. I haven’t been contacted since the initial callback, in which I returned minutes later to no answer. I wanted to just have a replacement sent out instead of a refund, but at this point I’m not sure if I’m willing to go any further with the company. If they have good products, I’ve never been introduced to them due to poor customer assistance. 0/5 stars

So far I have only good things to say. Everything went wonderfully for my first order. It's great quality and wonderful taste. Will definitely bring placing another order.

The product was delivered very promptly and in good condition. However the product had very minimal affect… could have probably gotten the same results from drinking a cup of camomile tea.

I love this brand! I was gonna buy some bootleg disposable vape off a random truck. So glad I didn’t. Exhale’s style/design is sleek and the content is top notch. Totally helps me chill out and I get good sleep. Love the blackberry and looking forward to trying other flavors. Shipping was pretty quick too. Grateful.
