Your customer service is great. I just wish I could speak with someone when I call instead of having to leave a voice mail. I would have scored you excellent but it took a month to the day that I placed my order for me to get my product. Those are two important things that you need to work on. Your product is excellent.

Can not rate and provide a review of the the products yet. Still waiting for delivery going on 6 weeks now. Customer service has also been unresponsive in providing at least an acknowledged that order is still valid and why it has been taking so long.
