I have tried many hemp/cbd products in order to calm my anxieties, boost my mood, and for over all health improvement, to which I never had experienced any real results. So, initially I was really skeptical. I read a review that said to try ½ a gummy first to see how your body metabolizes them, and they were right (although I did try a whole gummy first). I love these gummies and only ½ of one does just the job I need it to. Thank exhale for a great product! Soooooo worth it!

Very calming... reduces pains. Do have to watch out for the munchies.
