Fast shipping, amazing product!

This is my first try of an Exhale Wellness product. I bought the THC-8 gummies (30 CT, 50mg each). I’m pretty happy with them. One gummy is enough for me at night to chill and go to sleep. I have them in my fridge to keep them cool and last longer (though I’ll go through them well before the expiration date). The only thing that is not bad, but annoying if anything, is that when you put them to keep cool like I have they tend to stick together and you have to pull em apart. It’s not a bad thing at all, just a lil inconvenient. If you don’t put them in a fridge maybe they don’t stick together. Just a lil inconvenient though, otherwise they are great and I would recommend to my friends and family.

I had been taking 25mg delta 8 on and off. It seemed to help me sleep, almost through the night. Maybe my dreams were a little weirder. But little else. So I 'upgraded' to 50mg. I had all the "bad" experiences I remembered from my youth. Serious Cotton mouth, burning tongue, cold hands and feet, very rapid heart rate, and hallucinations. The 25s made me a bit sleepy the next day if i took them too late, but the 50s had me in a bad way for a few hours and exhausted the next day. Take two 25s before even thinking about ordering the 50's. I was taking for relaxation, sleep, potentially anti inflammatory effects... didn't expect that intense psychedelic experience combined with the physical effects ..... sorry.
