This was our first time using these gummies and didn’t really think they would help anything. But we take them at bedtime and my husband has not slept this well in years and my anxiety seems to be doing much better. They just don’t last long enough with us both taking them, so I will probably let my husband take the second bottle because he needs his sleep and it makes him sleep like a baby every night. The Delta 8 gummies are fantastic. I take a 1/2 of a 25mg for a little energy and focus or 1 25mg for a euphoric experience. Shipping was prompt and packaged well. I have and will continue recommending these to others.
