I am giving them a BAD RATING because I consider Marijuana, hemp oil, CBD a medication that I take I was very pleased to find "Exhale" especially with their high rating but even more so that they had "live support". I like having that feature if I have questions about a product as important to me as a "medication". So when I wanted answers about what the difference was between their regular gummies and the new Delta gummies I went to their live support only to discover #1 its a horrible long wait, and #2 the "live support" is actually only a "robot" asking questions! Sorry this is why I am giving you a NEGATIVE rating.

Received a vape pen that doesn’t work. I tried calling and leaving messages but to no avail.

The vape I ordered came dead, which I expected since it had traveled such a long way. However, I used 3 different chargers and none of them charged it. When plugged in, it would light up red for about 5 min, blink green 5 times, then the light would go off. After this happening a few times I figured that might mean it’s fully charged, so I tried to use it. Followed the directions and tried to take a hit. Nothing. The vape would only flash red, blue, green, stay blue, or stay red, but never green which is the color its supposed to be when u take a hit. It’s been about 4 days since I got it in the mail and still haven’t been able to use it.

Absolutely great!! I love how mellow the hemp flower is , I tried Lifter. Not overwhelming at all! I tend to get bad anxiety and panic attacks if I smoke but this stuff is just right and I can still be productive and have no brain fog after.
