Site is good. Have problem with pop up - for assistance. It's in the way when you go to fill out form when purchasing. Really in the way!!!! Have not found a way to remove pop up.

This has been an ineffective product. I can't assume that this is the case for everyone, but I can "guarantee" exhalewell's customer service, and refund policy IS ineffective! After a week of experiencing a portion of the following products: 7g delta 8 sour diesel flower 1 ounce Hawaiian Haze flower 1 ounce Gorilla glue flower I determined I was not receiving any of their advertised benefits. (My local store supply of delta 8 flower was very effective, albeit expensive) So, I proceeded to look into their advertised refund. I called customer service, and had to leave a message. That was over a week ago, and I have received zero return correspondence. Then I searched their website for further refund information. Beware! Hidden and buried (go ahead,try to find it), Exhalewell's refund policy excluded reimbursement of purchases of 1 ounce or more of product. That is when I became disgusted with Exhalewell. I am a veteran who is disabled on a small fixed budget. This was my monthly allotment for this needed "medicine", and my birthday present. I have no other money to buy effective medicine this month. I will allow myself one angry dig against this corporation... After my experience, it is clear they have invested more in beautiful packaging, and attorneys then their product, or customer experience.
