I've ordered my first order of CBD & THC from exhale and I'm sure I will order again. I'm new to the CBD and THC gummies so I'm still experimenting with dosages. I gave a 4 star rating because I find the Exhale products to be a bit pricey compared to the prices in the many local Canibis shops where I live. I'm looking forward to purchasing more Exhale Products.

Their rewards program is a joke - your points expire before you know they exist or can use them. I made purchases over several months, and ALL those points were set to expire October 21, 2022 - no matter when the points accrued over the previous few months. If you contact Customer Support via telephone, forget it, they don't answer their phones. Email support takes forever and produces inconsistent answers across multiple reps. I specifically asked a few questions with respect to the reward program, and was ignored. I canceled my subscriptions.

I am a 79 year old man with the normal aches and pains that come with those years, so I thought I would explore the possibility of trying CBD oil for a few of the aches and pains .I came across your website and looked into the products that you offer and the price of them also. I liked what I saw for product, and most of all the lower than other places the prices. I am convinced your product is as good or better than other sites. I thank you for that as I am retired and on a fixed income and don't have a lot of disposable income to spend on things of this nature. I sent you an email yesterday and would like to subscribe, and asked for a couple of special considerations which I hope you will grant me as I do believe your product does in fact make me feel better and enable me to enjoy life a lot better.
